''The universe will only give you the opportunity if you’re ready for it.'' - Jenna Bayne
What if you had the courage to be yourself? What would life be like if you focused on your value, rather than your flaws? What if you could appreciate what you have before you you strive to get more?
On this episode, I’m talking with one-of-a-kind author, Life Strategist and Master of Hugs, Jenna Bayne, about how to celebrate the magic moments, live in the present and seize life’s biggest opportunities!
Jenna is the size of a mouse but has the heart of a lion. She is a genuine and loving friend to those who come into her world and her passion for maximizing human potential is the basis for everything that she does.
Jenna is the author and creator of Bayne Books which is a books series that combines an educational component of personal growth and development with the entertaining component of poetry. She is known for being the "Next Dr. Seuss" and expects to live up to this label in the near future.
Her most recent work - I am Part of Nature - is an affirmation book intended to appreciate the magnificence of the body and how to show up for it the way it shows up for you.
In today’s inspiring conversation, Jenna relives the obstacles she had to overcome with her own body image and how she is now helping others do the same. We talk about overcoming criticism, building mental resilience, how your brain learns, and why it’s essential to love the lag time between the not yet and the no longer.

Can you think of the most difficult time in your life and how you were able to battle through that hardship? Maybe that moment has yet to come? Or maybe you or someone you know is facing that moment right now and the uphill battle seems insurmountable.
Today I’m talking to Front Row Foundation recipient Darvece Monson, a courageous human being who has overcome more than her fair share of life challenges and is here to give you the power to do just the same!

This interview takes us through the ups and downs of the last 19 months when her life took a turn that was completely unexpected. We talk about how today, she’s not only fighting for her life, but also helping others do the same. You'll find out how she finally became the person she always thought she was AND how she finds joy, even during the darkest times of her life. As a bonus, I also ask her to freestyle a little spoken word, as the front row team tipped me off that if you hand her the mic, you should prepare to be blown away. They were right!
