Today I’m talking with Will Little, who is here today to teach peace!

Will and his four sisters were raised in a single parent home. Without a father or father figure, Will followed a difficult path eventually dropping out of high school in the 10th grade. By 19, Will was convicted of 3rd degree murder and was facing serious jail time.

While in prison, he chose to turn his life around and got his diploma. He started educating himself, devouring books, writing poetry, and transforming the lives of the people around him.

After ten years, rehabilitated and reformed, Will was released from prison to start a new life, but finding employment wasn’t easy with his criminal record. Not wanting to go back to a life of guns and drugs, Will decided to become a barber. He used one of his unemployment checks to get the supplies needed and learned how to be a barber on the job.

Today he’s on a mission to share his message and is promoting PEACE through a movement he started called “Peace Live In It” which is all about creating positive energy, promoting peace, and preventing violence.

During today’s interview, Will takes us on his unbelievable journey and shares how 10 years behind bars completely transformed his life. I’m going to want your feedback on this one!

What’s the difference between validation and feedback?

Where in your life do you seek out or crave validation? Is it helping, hurting or some mixture of both?

Where in your life do you search for feedback? Is it helping, hurting or is it situational?

How do you see the difference between validation and feedback? Is one more important than the other? Is the answer entirely based on context?

Where might you need more feedback where you’re currently seeking validation?

Is it possible you simply need validation and not feedback?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this one!

''Trust in yourself more than you currently do, because you have the information right now'' - Stephen Christopher

Today I’m talking with my friend Stephen Christopher, who is responsible for bringing the FrontRowFoundation.org website to life.

Stephen is the Founder and CEO of Seequs, a full-service digital marketing agency that helps businesses break through the digital noise and be heard AND seen online. As a technology marketing expert, he has dedicated years of his life to studying humans, how we work, why we make certain choices, and how to properly use that information to help businesses grow and thrive.

During today’s interview, we talk about a variety of topics including social media & living in the moment, building relationships, evening routines, and advice for taking action so you can succeed in your business and life.

Here’s a quick breakdown of our chat...

  • [11:55] How to put your problems in perspective
  • [15:34] When to turn off the phone and fully experience the moment
  • [20:01] Seeking validation vs. providing value
  • [25:09] Strategies for becoming a better relationship builder
  • [34:35] Reading, resonating, and taking action!
  • [36:17] The evening routine to accomplishment
  • [41:21] The Front Row Opera House analogy
  • [49:48] How Seequs is helping businesses
  • [53:31] You have the knowledge you need to succeed right now

''I want to be remembered for helping business owners achieve things that they never thought possible'' - Stephen Christopher
