Today I'm picking the brain of the coach of all coaches, who I'm fortunate to call a friend. Rob Scott is a coach who helps people shift, and dramatically break through -- and he's REALLY good.
He’s filled with incredible real life experiences, years of research, and of coaching some of the smartest and coolest minds on the planet (Did I mention he just spoke at Google?)

During our chat, Rob shares his life story and tells us how he’s given huge meaning to the incredible amount of trauma in his life. He went from being homeless to Vice President in just two years; talk about a story! He literally went from being in the darkest to a life in the front row.

Rob reveals how to take the leap, and how he changed his belief system in order to have the confidence to say yes. He blows my mind with thoughts around limiting beliefs, sharing his top three steps for dealing with them, and explaining how our minds are potentially keeping us from our biggest and best life. Dan is also a public speaker, and he tells us the most exciting parts and he loves speaking with kids at high schools. We talk about moments where Dan has stepped up and acted in a courageous way, stories about overcoming fear with courage, and why you should be transitioning from limiting beliefs to positivity in order to succeed.
When it doesn’t go the way we thought, we may think it’s over, but there’s always something waiting for us. Dan explains why he began “walking around with his eyes open”, and why being open to opportunities is critical. He also answers how to know when to keep pushing through, and when to let go.
We move on to how Dan teaches kids to live with courage and be themselves, the importance of striving for greatness, and what he wants his kids to say about him looking back. We wrap up with some pretty fun questions, and even better answers.
