Today I'm picking the brain of the coach of all coaches, who I'm fortunate to call a friend. Rob Scott is a coach who helps people shift, and dramatically break through -- and he's REALLY good.

He’s filled with incredible real life experiences, years of research, and of coaching some of the smartest and coolest minds on the planet (Did I mention he just spoke at Google?)

"Our thoughts and beliefs are the lenses through which we look at the world. ~Rob Scott"

During our chat, Rob shares his life story and tells us how he’s given huge meaning to the incredible amount of trauma in his life. He went from being homeless to Vice President in just two years; talk about a story! He literally went from being in the darkest to a  life in the front row.

Today’s topics include:

  • The power of questions
  • How to say yes when you don’t even know how you’ll do it
  • Dealing with the pull of instant gratification
  • How to gain courage in the face of fear
  • Up leveling who you are, starting now
  • Time & Action

Rob reveals how to take the leap, and how he changed his belief system in order to have the confidence to say yes. He blows my mind with thoughts around limiting beliefs, sharing his top three steps for dealing with them, and explaining how our minds are potentially keeping us from our biggest and best life. He’s currently living an amazing life professionally and personally, and bringing so much greatness to the world while he’s at it.
