Today I’m catching up with my longtime friend, Simcha Gluck of FreshBiz Global, whose changing the world one game at a time through a truly innovative and life-changing game (which I’ve personally played). The journey begins in Israel in 2010 alongside Ronen Gafni – these two rockstars lead a training company that focuses on fun multidimensional winning and smart thinking.

The FreshBiz Game has been played by over 65,000 in 25 different countries to date (including my home office).  Players range from students, to entrepreneurs to executives.  Simply put, FreshBiz shifts the way people think about business and life. These gents are working with companies all over the world like Zappos, Etsy, Whole Foods, IBM, Kickstarter and so many more.  Boom!  Let’s do this!

Each week, Jon Vroman delivers an inspirational and educational “4 Minutes In The Front Row” video/audio where he shares ideas for living a front row life!

Remember that two of the most powerful questions you can ask are...

1.)  Who’s in your front row?   Who’s cheering you on?  Who brings your energy?  Who lifts you up?  Who holds you accountable and sets higher standards?  Who catches you when you fall?  Who’s influencing your level of performance the most? Create powerful relationships.

2.)  What’s in your front row?   Is it empowering?  Look around you — are you inspired?  Do your surroundings light you up?  Have you created the right atmosphere to support your goals?  What’s on your calendar and are you focused in the right areas?   What habits get you closer to your goals and do you have a system to support them?  Said another way — have you set the stage for a great performance?  Create an empowering environment.

Proximity is power, and what you keep in your front row influences your mindset.  Creating a powerful front row, with people, places and things will support the #1 most important factor — YOUR MINDSET!   How you get to the Front Row is by either changing your seat, or accepting, embracing and rocking out in the one you have.  A front row life is about being present with people and living on purpose.  You deserve a front row seat.  Your worth it.  Let’s go get it!

Teresa de Grosbois is a best-selling author from northern Canada. She has several books, but today we'll mainly be talking about Mass Influence. It’s a bestseller in 6 countries, and once you start reading it you won’t want to stop.

She helps entrepreneurs and large companies understand how word of mouth becomes an epidemic, i.e. the “wildfire concept” we talk about from her book. But it wasn’t always that easy; she had to stumble into what she enjoyed.

“It’s all about asking yourself “how passionate am I about what I’m doing?”

Although she was doing things to influence change in the world, she still wasn’t loving it. She tells us how she changed her life through diet, exercise and wellness practices, how she consequently got more involved in charity, and how her life has been on fire ever since she started doing what she loves.

“Powerfully telling on ourselves makes us look human.”

Today’s topics included:

  • How Theresa went from having one of her “really bad year” to being a bestseller
  • Powerfully stepping into the roles of influence
  • How hashtags should be used in emergency situations
  • Figuring out what problem you want to solve and who you want to do it for
  • The difference between bragging and positive self-promotion
  • Listening to your inner voice

You’ll learn practical strategies which you can apply today on the power of influence. Teresa will be explaining the dynamic of her book and giving us a couple of teasers from it’s best parts; so buckle up, because this is one influential episode!

“If you don’t love what you do you run the risk of being inauthentic everywhere.”

Today Jon talks with Larry Hagner about his project The Good Dad Project. After a successful podcast and best selling book The Dad Edge, Larry is a life coach and speaker for millions of dads who want to be the best fathers they can be. During today’s episode Jon and Larry discuss 3 of the 9 strategies that Larry covers in his book. Larry offers an honest and straightforward experience as a father.

"The Good Dad project is not about perfect parenting,  I'll be the first to tell how many times I screw up."- Larry

Jon: “What question every father should ask himself?”

Larry: “How can I be 100% engaged right now, in this moment?”

Larry also stresses being a good role model and giving kids meaningful experiences. Jon explores what drives Larry to bring such an important dialogue to dads around the world.

"I believe I’m a father first, and everything else second." - Jon

The strategies Larry focuses on today are:

  • Ask better questions. Instead of asking what is wrong… ask how what can be done for a positive outcome?
  • What questions dads should ask their kids. Layer questions based on the answers given to create a connection.
  • How to make a daily, monthly, and lasting connection with your spouse or partner.
  • How to make a daily, weekly, and yearly connection with your kids.

"There is something to be said about momentum." - Larry

Today’s guest is David Brower; also known as the sensorial guy. His mission is to create experiences for people to open up their senses, their minds, and expand them to new horizons, while reconnecting with ourselves and others.

He professionally creates and co-creates spaces where people can come alive, thrive and live life to the fullest. He does this by implementing the element of surprise, premium ingredients, and much more. Today we’ll dive into how you can create these experiences at home and with your friends, so you too can start seeing the world with new eyes.

“Sensorial experiences in my mind are the greatest places to spend time with people.” – David

Today’s topics include:

  • How David built a life from scratch in Europe
  • Expressing your emotions and owning your heart
  • The tools needed to create or co-create a sensorial experience of your own
  • How abstinence leads to engagement
  • The importance of tempo
  • Pursuing the life adventure that your heart is yearning for
  • Listening to your fears

“Go towards your fears and manifest a completely different way of living and being in the world.” – David

David tells us the story of how he found his heart, and learned to discover and appreciate the world through a unique lens. He also shares one of the most heart opening experiences of his life and explains how it ties back to living life in the front row.

It’s all about coming about your senses in a different way; unlocking doors to people and emotions; controlling our experiences and being open minded while doing it… These are all huge parts of what David does.

“It’s about celebrating life together.” – David
