In 2005, Front Row Foundation started helping kids and adults with life threatening illnesses to have a front row experience at the live event of their dreams. This show shares their stories, and helps us all to maximize our moments, because we never know how many we're going to have.

Today I’m talking with Stephen Scoggins about how to fully surrender so you can G.R.O.W. in all areas of your life!  

While sleeping in his car, Stephen started Custom Home Exteriors, which is now a multi-million dollar business. He then went on to became a top-selling author and speaker with a huge heart for helping others. He founded the Journey Principles Institute, whose team is dedicated to the relentless pursuit of serving others by helping them grow past life’s obstacles and allowing them to fulfill their true life-giving purpose and passion.

What does your best year ever look like?  In 12 month from now, if things were exactly as you wish, what would be different?  How can we accelerate our individual and collective evolution? How can we manage our emotions and develop mental resilience? My guest today says, “Our questions are fateful” and we ask some HUGE questions that can shape the future in some very exciting ways.

Jon serves as co-founder and Managing Partner of the Flourishing Leadership Institute. He previously served as the head of sales for the direct sales team at Vitamix Corporation, where revenues grew by 400% in less than 4 years, and their team expanded from 175 to 600+ members. His work on Appreciative Leadership, Emotionally Intelligent Negotiating and Influence has brought him to Australia, Japan, UK, and South America. Today I’m talking with Andrew Smallwood about serving others and making a difference!

Andrew is the Chairman of the board of directors for Front Row Foundation and is helping grow the charity to have its biggest year in revenue to date. He is also the founding gastronaut and president of Eatership Inc. which delivers products and services to connect people with enhanced, exceptional dining experiences.

He is passionate about finding the best fine dining restaurant experiences in every city, state, country, and continent he visits as well as the best cheeseburger.

Andrew is a member and mentor at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center and invested his undergraduate years becoming the first ever Organizational Sciences major at The George Washington University.

During today’s interview, Andrew explains his role with the Front Row Foundation and how it’s helped him and the people around him, live a fully engaged life.
